Unlike most hosts, thoughtfish offers services to keep your website in shape.
What does that mean? It means doing all the stuff you should be doing on your site, like backing up files and MySQL databases, updating web applications (e.g. your blog software or your shopping cart), and even stuff like administering those applications for you -- adding new users and functionality, applying security patches, and so on.
Not everyone has the time or inclination to do this sort of thing. let thoughtfish do it for you.
Go to our Client Portal, click on "order" up left and then on "website administration" down on the right. Yes it's kind of klugey right now but we've been busy helping people and haven't had time to better integrate some of our tools. Doesn't reflect too well on us, we know, but the shoemaker's children and all that. If it bugs you, let us know and we'll hop right on it. Just be sure to mention the "lack of tool integration" or something so we know what the heck you're on about. ;)
